Brian Bahnsen

Meet Brian, an Iowa native with a strong dedication to family and a passion for problem-solving. He's a devoted husband, father of two, and an advocate for learning, honesty, and understanding in all aspects of life.

Brian is a lifelong learner who values personal growth. He believes in the power of positive attitude, effort, and embracing the wisdom of others. Some of his favorite reads include the biographies of Steve Jobs and Barack Obama, as well as Anthony Kiedis' "Scar Tissue."

Having traveled to almost every state, Brian loves exploring the U.S. and creating unforgettable memories. He's a fan of home improvement, drawing inspiration from HGTV shows. When it comes to sports, Brian is mostly just a fan of good games, but has found himself cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, Cowboys, and the Chiefs.

Proudly served nine years on the Leukemia and Lymphoma board, Brian's dedication to charity extends to the Animal Rescue League, AHeinz57 Animal Shelter, and many others that promote care and wellbeing of those in need. He believes that everyone should have their basic needs met and that empathy and understanding should guide our interactions with others. There’s little that we can learn from judging others without seeking to understand their experiences.
