Ed Mont

Vice President, Business Development

If you want to talk any and everything Cleveland, then Ed is probably your guy. Like every stereotypical Clevelander, he insists that it’s the Browns year (every year), loves LeBron but still has a scar from his decision to head to Miami, and is persistent that Cleveland is a wonderful city that is only continuing to get better.

However, Ed is much more than your stereotypical Clevelander. Ed strives to be the best version of himself in all aspects of life, and tries to find passion in everything he does, even the little things. Once he’s on your team, he will do any and everything to show his value and do whatever he needs to for the betterment of the team. You can always expect Ed to be on time, or in most cases even a little bit early. As he once said, “Being prompt is the most basic way to show that you care.”

With a wife and two kids at home, he loves spending time with his family. Especially playing catch with his son. If the Guardians are playing, you can usually catch both in front of the television watching their favorite player, José Ramírez. He finds incredibly devious ways to keep chipmunks out of his yard, and one of his favorite things to do is cook some delicious food on a football Sunday in the beautiful fall weather.

If Ed wasn’t in Sales, he’d probably be a basketball coach. So, if you see him on the sidelines in a few years coaching his son’s team, just know you’ve been warned. He has mastered the art of being an average golfer, enjoys a nice Casa Migos & Spindrift during the summer months, and knows every word to Gangster’s Paradise by Coolio (and no he will not rap it for you).
